Hi all,
I'm hoping somebody could help me solve an issue I have been wrestling with for the past 2 days now!
I am writing a report contain individual service user data using Crystal Reports 2013, connecting to a database using an ODBC connection. The area I am really struggling with is the address. The address data is held in the table as seperate fields (No./Street Name/Town/Postcode etc.), and so I have created a string formula to bring it all together in one field.
This works perfectly fine for 95% of the records, however, the other 5% does not return any data in the string formula field. I have pulled in the individual address fields directly from the tables, so I know there is definitely data there, but for some reason it's not showing as a string.
I've scanned many forums and I have a feeling it may be something to do with string length, but I'm not sure how to go about solving it. I have tried the 'can grow' option in the Format Field box, but this has not made any difference.
If anyone can give me any advice or pointers as to what I could try I would be most grateful, because I am slowly losing the will to live!
Many thanks in advance
Becki
