With out planning strategy not accepted in MD61

1." With out Planning strategy of material master item " not allowed in MD61, what is the way of fixing the error message in SPRO.

2. With out batch no process order not saved ,if any standard way of error Message fixing possible in SPRO  ( or ) any standard enhancement is their.
