SAP WM QM SAMPLE DETERMINATION

HI Guru's,

during GR in IM for a qm relevant material the inspection lot and sample quantity are determined. This works fine, however, we putaway the inspection lot in the warehouse devided over several storage bins. The sample is putaway in a workcenter.

The sample quantity however is taken from only 1 pallet.

It's like this:

inspection lot 1000

sample 10

100 pieces per pallet in WM view in material master

it should take 1 piece from each pallet to be put in the sample, but it takes 10 pieces from 1 pallet.

Result:

storage bins in WM storage type contains:

storage bin A = 100 pieces

storage bin B = 100 pieces

.....

storage bin I = 100 pieces

storage bin J = 90 pieces.

It should be :

storage bin A = 99 pieces

storage bin B = 99 pieces

.....

storage bin I = 99 pieces

storage bin J = 99 pieces.

How can i achive this?
