Enhancement in IW21 Transaction

Hi Everyone,

     Here I'm facing a bit trouble with the requirement in IW21(Create Notification) transaction related to PM Module. If we choose the priority field value as 'High' and if we left over the Equipment field as empty then we need to raise some error message. Can anyone help me out in this.

I have used the following enhancement spot: ENHANCEMENT-POINT EHP603_INIT_SUBSCREEN_F40_01 SPOTS ES_SAPLIQS0. But it was triggering before creating the Notification itself.
