Count of PO item with respect to company code in Bex query

Hello All,

Greetings.

In Bex Query I have field as below:.

Company code   Po Item   Po line item   Po schedule line item 

I want to keep Company code in Rows  And all other fields will be in free characteristics.

Initially it should show the count of PO item , Po line item for a company code ,

If i put PO item in Rows then it should show count of PO line item with respect to PO ITEM.

Please help me how can achieve it.
