Issue with PO print out

A SAP CV Purchase Order - Direct was wrongly saved as a CV InterCo Affiliate PO.  No automatic print-out was sent to the printer.  The wrongly created PO was subsequently cancelled, and saved.  Again, no automatic print-out was sent to the printer.why is the automatic print-out functions failed on both Save & Cancelled functions? Could both documents be printed, for archiving? Please help me out
